We benchmark compensation against the US market and target approximately 10% above-market base salary ranges. We want strong people from around the world to feel respected, focused, and fairly rewarded for high-impact work.

All ranges are annual base salary in USD, benchmarked against the US market and increased by approximately 10%. Equity may be available for early team members; base ranges exclude equity, bonus, and benefits unless stated otherwise.

Salary ranges are preliminary and may be adjusted by role scope, experience, location, contract type, and final hiring process.
